Accommodations

We are extremely proud to offer a variety of accommodations for our Pet Resort Guests.

Our Lodging facility is climate controlled and our fire and security systems are monitored 24 hours a day. We encourage you to come by for a tour of our facilities.

Canine Atrium Runs and Suites are available in a variety of sizes. Suites offer additional size and private television.

Feline Guests may enjoy 2-3 room condos based upon availability and your request. All condos enjoy resting benches.

Amenities

The Parkway Pet Resort provides Purina EN and Hills Science Diet food for all boarders. If you would like to supply your own food for your pets, please do so in a labeled, re-sealable container. (i.e. Tupperware or individual zip-lock baggies with the pets name, last name, and feeding instructions). Please let us know if your dogs need to be separated for feeding.

We provide soft and sanitary beds for all our guests. These are cleaned as needed while your pet is here, including if the water bowl is spilled and the bedding becomes wet. Beds are completely sanitized between guests. If you wish to bring bedding for your pet, we insist that bedding is clean. Please clearly and permanently label all bedding with your pet´s first and last name. Thank you for your understanding.

Any toys and/or personal items are left at your own risk. Rest assured that the fun-loving Pet Lodge Team is always ready to play and give extra attention to each guest.

Each kennel space is cleaned and sanitized with an anti-viral and anti-bacterial approved kennel cleanser. Feeding dishes are also washed and disinfected.

All dogs are exercised at least twice a day. Our guests are able to enjoy our large grassed recreation area. This frequent outdoor recreation helps to ensure that your pet maintains its house training routine.

If your pet has any health issues or has had surgery recently, please let us know. Medications (including injections) can be given to your pet during his/her stay for no additional fee.

Requirements

For the health of all of our animal guests, we require proof of current vaccinations before admission into our lodging and grooming. These vaccinations include for dogs: Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and for cats: FVRCP and Rabies.

If your pet is not current on vaccinations or we have not received the vaccination and exam records, we are happy to provide that service on the day of admission. Current records may be faxed to us at (706) 882-8634. We recommend scheduling your lodging reservation as soon as possible. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible so that we can accommodate another guest from our waiting list.

Monday-Friday
Drop off/pick-up may occur during normal office hours.
8:00am-11:45am M-F and 1:15pm-5:30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

Weekend Pickup Only Saturdays & Sundays
Pick-up at 5:00 pm (must be pre-arranged)
Clients that will be picking up during the weekend time are required to pre-pay and pre-arrange pick up.
